Course methodology
Our courses are always designed to meet the specific needs of the organisation and our course materials will reflect this. We usually like to meet with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the courses met everyone's needs and their expectations. This shared vision, ensures that the course is not only relevant but successful.
Our courses are mix of learning styles and we encourage participants to play an active role in the workshops. We include case studies, role plays and discussions to encourage participation, and also balance theory with practical application and highlight the relevance to the organisation.
These course are also available via e learning http://www.dpss.co.uk/services/e-procurement-services.php
How do we measure success?
A successful course is one that meets, not only the stated course objectives, but also one that meets the needs of the participants and their organisation . We measure the success at various levels. We have the initial feedback from participants using a simple feedback form that gives an indication of how well participants feel that the course has met their needs. Many of our courses culminate with participants producing an action plan, for them to implement at work. The implementation of these action plans will be an additional measure of how the course has contributed to enhanced performance at work or has had a benefit to the organisation
